A high-quality decaf from Huila, Colombia — a blend of smallholder farmers. Decaffeinated using the EA process (ethyl acetate, also known as Decaf de Caña), preserving as much of the coffee's natural flavor as possible. Omni roasted, suitable for both filter and espresso.
