Refund policy

Returns

Products can only be returned with the prior consent of BAM Coffee.
You can request this by sending an email to info@bam.coffee, together with your invoice. Goods can be returned within 14 working days of the official delivery date.

You may only return the goods in their original and undamaged condition and packaging, at your own expense, to BAM Coffee, Venusbergstraat 53, Paal (Belgium). Please include the original invoice with the parcel. We advise you to use registered mail.

After we receive the product in its original condition and packaging,
your money will be refunded within 3 working days.

You can also opt for a credit note, which will be added to your account
for use with your next orders.
