Los Suspiros ("the sighs") in Palmira, Huehuetenango — a joint venture between Axel Palacios and brothers Alejandro and Fredy Morales, founded in 2013 to export specialty coffee. Its roots go back to an old family farm from the 1930s, run by Don Juan Palacios.
