Three Marks - Guatemala La Pila

Finca Rosma from Palmira, Huehuetenango — a plot with Bourbon and Typica coffee plants over 60 years old, supplemented with newer Red Bourbon and Caturra. The natural mountain slope gives the plants morning sun and afternoon shade. The cherries are fermented for 40-48 hours, washed with clean spring water and dried carefully on patios and African drying beds.
