Carrow - Cyato

Lively fruit sweetness with a subtle, wine-like acidity. Notes of red grape, stewed peach and dark chocolate.

The beans come from smallholders who are members of the Abadatezuka cooperative and deliver their cherries by hand to the Cyato washing station. The fertile soil and cool climate near Lake Kivu do the rest. Growing is done without fertiliser or pesticides; drying takes place on raised beds.
