Carrow - Huehue

Soft and buttery, with notes of blueberry, praline and dark chocolate.

Huehue comes from members of the CODECH cooperative in Concepción Huista, in the highlands of Huehuetenango. Altitude, plentiful water and limestone-rich soil make the area special. The farmers work organically, without synthetic inputs, in line with their indigenous farming tradition.

• Brewing: Espresso, but works well as filter too
