Carrow - Serra do Cigano

Rich and smooth, with notes of roasted hazelnut, almond and caramel. Full-bodied and balanced, with or without milk.

João Hamilton runs the ten-hectare farm Serra do Cigano in Caconde, São Paulo. Carrow has now bought from him seven years in a row. No fertiliser or pesticides are used, springs are being reforested, and only ripe cherries are picked and dried on raised beds.
