Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza lies in the Mogiana region of São Paulo and is led by Felipe Croce. Together with Five Elephant he works on genetic refinement: over several harvests he selects and replants the best-performing seedlings, with repeated cupping and field selection. The farm is certified organic and regenerative, with an emphasis on biodiversity and soil life.
