Blackcurrant, citrus and floral notes, with a fresh, tea-like finish.

Thunguri Factory has been running since 1962 and is part of the Kibirigwi Farmers' Cooperative Society. More than a thousand smallholders deliver their cherries there; each of them has two to three hundred trees on a small plot alongside their food crops. Cool temperatures and volcanic soil at altitude let the cherries ripen slowly.
