Monx - Peru El Mirante

Notes of nougat, floral and black tea.

El Mirante is a small three-hectare farm belonging to the Mendoza family. The coffee grows under native shade trees, which keeps biodiversity intact. Only ripe, red cherries are picked by hand and processed on site; the cool climate at altitude makes fermentation slow.
